This icy escapade spans approximately 5 hours. You'll be equipped with a backpack containing a harness and crampons before embarking on a boat trip to the island nestled in the heart of the glacier. From this point, we’ll embark on a 40-minute to 1-hour hike uphill across moderately challenging rocky terrain to reach the ice entry point.


Here, we'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Andes peaks and Lake Grey. Right before stepping onto the glacier, we'll instruct you on the proper use of the gear and equip you with a helmet and ice axe.


Following our clothing recommendations is crucial, not only for your comfort but also for your safety. Essential items include sunglasses and gloves, along with waterproof clothing, high-ankle boots, and trekking pants, as well as layers to adapt to the ever-changing weather conditions.
