Option 1: Campo Piedra Pómez and Dunas Blancas
Our day begins with a pick-up from El Peñón accommodations at 8 AM. We will embark on a 30 km journey in a 4x4 vehicle to reach the stunning Campo de Piedra Pómez. Once there, we will enjoy a guided walk where we will learn about the fascinating history of Campo de Piedra Pómez, including its origin, composition, and vastness.
As we explore this unique landscape, we'll have ample opportunities to capture the moment with photos and videos, ensuring we enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Upon concluding the excursion, we will return to El Peñón along the same route, where we will be conveniently dropped off at our hotel.

Option 2: Campo de Piedra Pómez and Carachi Pampa
Our adventure starts with a pick-up from our El Peñón accommodation at 2:30 PM. We will then travel 90 km through sandy terrain to reach the impressive Carachi Pampa Volcano, renowned for its basaltic flows, a picturesque lagoon with flamingos, the majestic Carachi Hill, and the captivating Campo de Piedra Pómez.
We will pause at each scenic spot to take photos and videos of this remarkable natural landscape.
