Tour Description

Your adventure kicks off bright and early at 06:30 a.m. at the Arturo Prat Pier in Puerto Natales, where our meeting point is set to begin the day's journey. Should you need a ride to the pier, transportation services are available for an additional fee.

We embark from here into the breathtaking Última Esperanza Fjord, navigating through a spectacular landscape that leads us to Bernardo O`Higgins National Park. This park stands as Chile's largest protected area and ranks among the four largest globally, encompassing over 4,300,000 hectares that safeguard sections of the Southern Ice Field glaciers, the most extensive ice mass in America.

Throughout the six-hour voyage, the scenery constantly amazes: remnants of the historic Bories Refrigerator, charming Patagonian ranches, cascading waterfalls from the mountains, and local wildlife such as imperial cormorants and a small sea lion colony. All of these are set against the majestic backdrop of the fjord's glaciers.

Our trip leads us to disembark near the Serrano Glacier, where we will follow a designated trail to a viewpoint offering the closest encounter with this stunning ice formation. We will spend an hour and a half immersed in unspoiled nature before heading back to the vessel. Once aboard, enjoy a whiskey chilled with ancient glacier ice—a special toast to conclude the experience before viewing the Balmaceda Glacier from our outdoor decks.

This unforgettable journey seamlessly combines history, wildlife, and the splendor of Patagonia's glaciers.
