Tour Description
At the agreed time, we will depart from our chosen hotels in Villa Unión to journey towards the Ischigualasto-Villa Unión Geological Triassic Basin.
This basin is notable for encompassing both the Valley of the Moon in Ischigualasto and the Talampaya National Park, making it one of the newest attractions for tourists. The area is of significant historical, geographical, and particularly geological relevance, as it contains plant sediments from the Triassic period of the Mesozoic era.
We will traverse 25 kilometers within the basin, making 7 stops to explore and uncover various geological formations and mountains that boast an array of stunning colors. The hues range from deep reds to yellows, and you might even catch a glimpse of delicate greens.
Following the tour, we will return to our selected hotels in Villa Unión.
