We will equip ourselves with walking sticks and flashlights (and crampons if it's winter) before setting out toward Laguna Esmeralda.

The nighttime scenery, the starlit sky, and the serene Laguna Esmeralda offer a unique experience of this popular trek, providing a deeper connection with our senses and the peace of the surroundings.
By approximately 7:30 p.m., after hiking for 2.5 to 3 hours, we will reach the Mountain Refuge at Laguna Esmeralda. Here, we will enjoy a meal by the wood stove to recharge our energy. Following this restful pause, we will begin our descent and return journey.
