We will visit the Calchaquí Valleys, which are the beautiful canvas that the Pachamama used for his best paintings.

We will travel ancient paths until we know the Sacred City of Quilmes, the most important archaeological site in the country. Here, we will have the opportunity to meet descendants of this proud ethnic group, who will transmit to us the culture of their people. Don`t miss it!

Descripción del Tour

We will leave at 8 AM from the selected hotels in San Miguel de Tucumán, to head towards the Calchaquí Valleys. Going up to El Infiernillo , we will leave the vegetation of the Tafi Valley to navigate through the aridity of the Calchaquí Valley.

Following the ancient path of the original inhabitants, we will pass through the Los Cardones Archaeological Site, which is preserved in its original state. We will visit the Pachamama Museum here, and we will have time for lunch (not included).

We will continue our journey to the Sacred City of Quilmes, the most important archaeological site in the country, where we will have the wonderful opportunity to hear the history of the city, told by its descendants and custodians.

Then After visiting the museum, we will be returning to our selected hotels in Tucumán.
