Tour Description
Our adventure begins at 8 AM with departure from chosen hotels in San Miguel de Tucumán, as we set out towards the breathtaking Calchaquí Valleys. Ascending to El Infiernillo, we transition from the lush vegetation of the Tafi Valley into the stark beauty of the Calchaquí Valley.
Traveling along the ancient paths once trodden by original inhabitants, we will explore the Los Cardones Archaeological Site, preserved in its authentic state. Here, we will also visit the fascinating Pachamama Museum, with a break for lunch (not included).
Our journey proceeds to the Sacred City of Quilmes, the nation's most significant archaeological site. Here, you'll have the unique chance to listen to the city's history recounted by its descendants and guardians.
After our museum visit, we will head back to our selected hotels in Tucumán.
