Our adventure begins at the Lillo Museum of Natural Sciences, where we'll delve into the natural history and evolution of Tucumán's environment. Next, we'll head to the Casa Belgraniana, a site dedicated to illustrating the path to independence.

Our journey then takes us to the Ex Ingenio San Pablo, offering insights into the sugar industry's history. We'll learn about its origins during the colonial era, its transformation under the Jesuits, and its role in the industrial revolution, aided by the railway and modern advancements.

We'll continue to Villa Nougués and San Javier for a visit to the Cristo Bendiciente, where breathtaking views of the city await. At Sol San Javier restaurant, the chef will unveil the secrets of making "empanadas tucumanas" before we savor them with a fine glass of house wine.

Post-lunch, we'll head back to the Historic City, exploring Nueve de Julio Park and the Casa Obispo Colombres Sugar Industry Museum. A walking tour of Tucumán's historic center follows, highlighting key landmarks of the independence movement such as Government House, Independence Square, the Cathedral, La Merced Church, Tucumán Historic House, and the San Francisco Temple.
