The journey begins with a morning pickup from your accommodation in Tilcara, setting off towards Jujuy via route 9/34.
Along the way, we will make stops at stunning spots such as Yala, Volcan, Tumbaya, and Purmamarca. In Purmamarca, the breathtaking Cerro de los Siete Colores awaits. You will also have the chance to explore the handicraft market, where unique and vibrant crafts are on display.
Our adventure continues to Cuesta del Lipan and Cuesta del Saladillo, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The highlight will be arriving at Abra del Potrerillo, situated at an awe-inspiring 4150 meters above sea level. Here, you'll experience the magnificence of Salinas Grandes in Jujuy, home to vicuñas and llamas native to the area.
We will then head back to the town of Purmamarca for a delightful lunch featuring the region's authentic flavors. You'll also have time to wander its enchanting streets and uphill paths. Our guide will lead you on a walk along Paseo Los Colorados, where you can soak in stunning landscapes and the natural beauty that surrounds you.
