Visit Salinas Grandes And Paseo Los Colorados

The tour starts picking you up at your accommodation in Tilcara in the morning and heading to Jujuy through route 9/34.

On the road, we will stop at wonderful places such as Yala, Volcan, Tumbaya and Purmamarca. In Purmamarca, you can witness the impressive Cerro de los siete colores. Also you will have the opportunity to explore the handicraft market, where you will find unique and colorful craftwork.

We will continue our journey to Cuesta del Lipan and Cuesta del Saladillo to have panoramic views of the mountains and valleys. The highlight of the day will be reaching Abra del Potrerillo, located at an impressive altitude of 4150 meters above sea level. There you will witness the grandeur of Salinas Grandes in Jujuy. It is the habitat of the vicunas and llamas that inhabit the region.

Afterwards, we will return to the town of Purmamarca to enjoy lunch with the most authentic flavors of the region. In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore its charming streets and uphill trails. Our guide will invite you to take a walk along Paseo Los Colorados, where you will discover breathtaking landscapes and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you.
