We will spend a spectacular day in the small town of Juella; ancient native village near Tilcara, where we will have a soft trek through the archaeological site with dazzling walls, "pircas" (stone buildings). We will practice climbling and rappelling and then we have a traditional lunch. Visit the community and the attractions of this wonderful place immersed in Andean culture.

Tour Description

The tour starts with the pick up from Tilcara hotels.

Then after 20 kilometers by bus, we will arrive to Juella. We will spend a spectacular day in the small town of Juella; ancient native village near Tilcara, where we will have a soft trek through the archaeological site with dazzling walls, "pircas" (stone buildings).

We will practice climbling and rappelling and then we have a traditional lunch. Visit the community and the attractions of this wonderful place immersed in Andean culture. We´ll have a trekking for about 2,5 hours, of a maximun height 2500 meters. It is advisable to wear a hat and drinking water.

The tour finishes with the drop off at Tilcara hotels.
