Visit And Wine Tasting At Las Bardas Ranch

In the mid-morning, we'll pick you up from your centrally located accommodation in Puerto Madryn and journey to the charming town of Trelew, where Estancia Las Bardas awaits. This vineyard celebrated its inaugural harvest in 2022 and is renowned for its artisanal Pinot Noir and Syrah wines, as well as its olive groves.

We'll stroll through the olive groves, where the team will explain how the Estancia produces olives and olive oil. You'll learn about the entire process, from olive planting and harvesting to the final products ready for sale, including milling, pressing, preservation, and labeling.

Next, we'll visit the winery. Local winemakers will lead us through the various stages of wine production, from grape harvesting to bottling. You'll witness the entire grape development process, learn about the fermentation stages, understand the production phases and their tools, and see the barrels where the wines are aged. They'll also share insights into their best-selling wines.

After exploring the production of wine and olive oil, you'll have the chance to taste the wines produced in the vineyard. There's no better way to conclude the experience than with the final product.

This wine tasting will be complemented by pairings featuring local products and regional delicacies, perfectly matched with the wines and enhanced by sampling the olive grove products. The sommelier will continuously provide information on the combination of flavors and textures with the wine types and temperatures.
