The excursion kicks off at approximately 10 a.m. when a semi-private VAN arrives to pick you up from your centrally located hotel in Montevideo. Should you opt to reach the winery independently, the experience will commence at 11 a.m.
Upon reaching Bodega Bouza, situated around 20 kilometers from Montevideo, you'll embark on a guided tour of the vineyards and winery. Here, you'll delve into the history of this family-run business and gain insights into the wine production process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to admire the Bouza family's classic car collection.
Following this, after roughly 45 minutes, we'll proceed with a wine tasting of four varieties: a glass of Bouza Chardonnay, a glass of Parcela Unica Merlot, a glass of Monte Vide Eu, and a glass of Bouza Tannat. These will be complemented by a selection of bites specially curated to achieve excellent pairing with the chosen wines.
After the tasting concludes, this delightful experience at Bodega Bouza comes to an end. If you've selected the semi-private transfer option, it will transport you back to your centrally located hotel in Montevideo.
