Descripción del Tour:
The guide will meet you at the specified meeting point to begin the Palomino Islands Sea Lion Swimming Tour.
From this location, we will set sail towards the Palomino Islands, situated off the coast of the Constitutional Province of Callao. Along the way, we will pause at the anchorage for yachts, warships, and merchant vessels. This archipelago comprises four small islets located 6 miles west of Callao's port city, along the western coast of San Lorenzo Island.
Our journey will also take us past San Lorenzo Island, which stretches eight kilometers and is the largest island in Peru.
We will then proceed to the Palomino Islands, two islands that form a unique ecosystem where remarkable marine mammals such as sea lions, alongside local and migratory birds, thrive. This small group of islands just off Lima's coast provides visitors with an opportunity to witness the abundant sea life along Peru’s shoreline.
Peru’s marine biodiversity includes sea lions, penguins, exotic birds, and, if fortune smiles, even dolphins, so don't forget to bring your camera!
In the absence of predators, you can swim with sea lions and penguins up close and in perfect harmony. This is a truly special experience, and we highly recommend it to everyone!
Finally, we will begin our return journey among the islets, passing by Peru's second-largest Humboldt penguin colony, while a snack is served on board. Once we disembark, you will be returned to the meeting point.
