Larco Museum With Gourmet Dinner

After hotel picking you up from the hotel located in the city of Lima, we are going to visit the Larco Museum located in the district of Pueblo Libre, to experience an amazing visit with a professional local guide. 

The museum is located in a mansion from the 18^th century and it was built on top of a pyramid from the seventh century. Here you will begin your enriching exploration of the exhibitions starting from the beginning of this interesting pre Columbian history.

You will see over 50,000 ancient Peruvian pots, admiring glittering jewelry and intricate masks and marvel at the accurate detail of Moche (100 – 800 AD) portrait vessels, ceramic sculptures resembling human faces; and discover ceramics created by ancient Inca, Nazca and Chancay cultures. 

This place has been opened by the renowned Peruvian archaeologist Rafael Larco Hoyle in 1926. This place has different galleries with permanent exhibitions, as well as a gold and silver gallery, and also, one in particular with erotic ceramics.
