Descripción del Tour:

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco early in the morning and head towards the town of Mollepata, located in the province of Anta, approximately 55 miles from the city. Here, we will enjoy a hearty breakfast before continuing our journey to Soraypampa (3,920 masl), which is the starting point of our trek.

Upon arrival, a brief orientation session will prepare us for the adventure ahead. Our trek begins along an upward path, and after a 1.5-hour hike, we'll find ourselves surrounded by majestic mountains. This is a fantastic opportunity to observe the local fauna and encounter wildlife such as horses, sheep, Andean foxes, and vizcachas, among others.

We will ascend to the highest point at 4,200 meters above sea level, where we can admire a breathtaking view of Lake Humantay. This stunning attraction is part of the Salkantay trek, an alternative route to the Inca Trail leading to Machu Picchu.

The Humantay Lake tour will captivate you with its crystal-clear waters, breathtaking landscapes, and the striking combination of mountain and glacier scenery. The lake is fed by the meltwater from the snow-capped peaks of Humantay and Salkantay.
