Enjoy with us all this majestic natural beauty and its biodiversity, in a tour that will immerse us inside the reserve to discover one of the most beautiful beaches on the Caribbean coast: Playa Cristal.
Playa Cristal is located at the southern end of the park and is known for its crystal clear waters and its rich marine life.
On this guided tour, we will visit the dry forests of Playa de las Siete Olas and sail by boat from Neguanje to Playa Cristal, where the natural environment will be an ideal place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy an incredible landscape.
Descripción del Tour
Early in the morning, starting at 07:00 AM, our guide will pick you up at your place of accommodation, from there, We will leave Santa Marta towards the Tayrona National Natural Park along the Troncal del Caribe highway. We will advance along the route to the sector of "Palangana" that will take us to the second entrance of the national park.
We will make a technical stop to buy the entrance ticket to the park and the entrance registration of every traveler. Keep in mind that the park opens at 8:00 AM and has limited the number of daily visitors to 3,535 people, which is why it is important to start the activity early to avoid long lines.
After identifying ourselves at the entrance of the Park we will continue by car for another 20 minutes to the Las Seven Waves, along the way you will be able to observe a tropical dry forest made up of cacti and shrubs and if luck is with us, we will see some mammals roaming the area, such as howler monkeys and squirrels.
This beach is famous for its strong currents and a large number of waves that break on the shore. From the beach, we will walk for about 20-30 minutes to the Siete Olas Viewpoint, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the beaches of Tayrona Park.
We will drive to Neguanje beach , where after receiving instructions from the guide, we will embark on a boat to Playa Cristal, this transfer lasts about 10 minutes.
We will arrive at Playa Cristal, where the crystalline landscape and white sand will invite us to relax, enjoy the sea breeze and rest.
Very close to the beach is a reef, home to a large number of marine species, and an ideal place to practice snorkeling and diving. This activity is not included, but you can contact us if you are interested in adding it.
We will have free time to walk the beach, throw ourselves on the sand and bathe in the sea. At around 01:00 PM the guide will give us recommendations for places to have lunch (lunch not included).
The return begins around 3:00 PM, we will take the boat and then the car that will take us to the park exit. We will return to your place of accommodation, ending the activity between 06 and 07:00 PM.
