Senderos, quebradas y paisajes guajiros

Booking this birthday outing was unusually easy: the Best South America Tours team answered our WhatsApp questions about pickup from Riohacha and even arranged a vegetarian picnic for my friend. Once in Montes de Oca, we combined a scenic 4x4 ride, short hikes through dry forest, a refreshing swim in a natural pool, and a visit to a local Wayuu family’s ranch. Our guide pointed out tiny cactus flowers and shared homemade arepas with panela. The pace felt relaxed, yet full of little discoveries, making it a lovely celebration for two friends.
