In the morning, at the designated time, our guide will meet us at the hotels in Coyhaique to transport us to the Cerro Castillo National Park, situated 100 km from the city. Upon arrival at our destination, we will embark on the eagerly anticipated 9 km trekking journey to the breathtaking Laguna Verde, renowned for being one of the most stunning landscapes within the reserve.
Our trek will lead us through enchanting lenga and ñire forests, and we will proceed along a moraine path that guides us to the lagoon, offering unparalleled views of General Carrera Lake and the Ibáñez River Valley.
