During the tour, we will visit three of the main wineries in the province of San Juan. We will taste some of the many award-winning wines and learn about the entire production process from the soil to the table. Located south of the city of San Juan, these wineries stand out for their production of wines, champagne, and liqueurs in their different types.
The wineries to be visited will be (the itinerary may change depending on availability):
Viñas de Segisa It is characterized by being the first boutique winery in San Juan. A completely renovated early 20th-century hall, its underground cellars, oak barrels, and beautiful vineyards will allow visitors to enjoy, learn, and discover the magical world of wine.
Champañera Miguel Mas In this place, different wines, sparkling wines, balsamic vinegar, and organic vinegar are made from fruits obtained from the orchard. This family business is located in an area of exceptional fertility, surrounded by mountains, and irrigated by melting water from the Andes Mountains.
Bodegas y Viñedos Fabril Alto Verde On the tour of the winery, the visitor will get a very complete idea of the different stages of wine production in its various types and sparkling wines. The visit ends with a tasting in an elegant bar, led by an expert sommelier who will teach us details and small secrets that we should take into account when valuing a wine.
