Our adventure kicks off at 8:00 a.m. with a pick-up from the downtown hotels in Mendoza province, as we set out towards Gualtallary, home to the Domaine Bousquet Winery, renowned as the world's most organic winery nestled in the Andes Mountains.
At this venue, guests will have the opportunity to savor wines from the underground cellar and indulge in gourmet tastings featuring the Premium Pinot Grigio, Premium Rosé, Premium Sauvignon Blanc, Premium Chardonnay Torrontés, and Premium Cabernet Sauvignon, all paired with chocolate. Feel like a winemaker while enjoying the scenic mountain backdrop that this region offers.
By noon, our journey takes us to the Andeluna Winery, a prominent establishment in the area known for its superb culinary delights and top-tier wines. Set amidst the breathtaking Andes Mountains and at the foot of the Tupungato Volcano, you will relish a delectable three-course lunch paired with their esteemed wines, including Andeluna 1300 Sauvignon Blanc, Andeluna 1300 Chardonnay, and Andeluna Altitud Malbec.
Post-lunch, we will proceed to the Salentein Winery, situated in the heart of the Uco Valley. This winery features a unique two-level design that converges in a central chamber resembling an "amphitheater." It is highly regarded and frequently visited for its architectural beauty, artistic offerings, and its gastronomic and hospitality experiences, not to mention its acclaimed high-altitude wines.
