A private vehicle will be ready at your hotel entrance starting at 8:45 am to transport you to Valle de Uco. Upon reaching the Vista Flores district, you will be warmly welcomed by your host guide.
Clos de los Siete is an ambitious endeavor led by French winemakers Michel Rolland and Jean-Michel Arcaute. In 1988, these two pioneers persuaded five French winemakers, each with prestigious backgrounds in the world of Bacchus, to start producing wines in Argentina. After collaborating with some of the nation's premier wineries, Michel Rolland recognized Argentina's tremendous potential for crafting high-quality wines. In 1999, alongside his partners, he launched the Clos de los Siete project right in the heart of the Uco Valley.
During your visit, you'll explore two of the project's wineries, where you'll uncover the secrets of wine blending. Premium tastings will provide an opportunity to savor the complexity and unique character of each variety. The tastings typically feature Malbec - the blend's primary component -, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot.
To round off your Clos de los Siete experience, at the third winery, you will enjoy a lunch that harmonizes all the renowned flavors and aromas, complemented by a breathtaking view.
At the end of your day, around 6:00 PM, you'll be comfortably escorted back to your hotel.
