Half Day Excursion to Iguazu National Park - Brazilian Side
Our tour begins with a pickup from your hotel in Puerto Iguazu. After crossing the border into Brazil, we will arrive at the Park.
Iguassu National Park spans 185,000 hectares. At the Visitor Center, you'll enter through the Access Portal, where the Park's carrying capacity is managed.
We then board a bus for a scenic ride through the park, leading to the start of a 1,200-meter walkway along the Iguazu River's gorge. This initial point offers a panoramic view of the Argentine Falls, perfect for capturing stunning photos.
As you proceed, you'll see the Iguazú River Canyon, Rivadavia Falls, and Tres Mosqueteros, among other breathtaking sights.
Towards the tour's conclusion, you'll reach the lower viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat), where the persistent rainbows add magic to the already magnificent view.
The trail concludes near the Floriano Falls.
After approximately 4 hours, we'll return to the hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions

The excursion to Iguaçu National Park (Brazilian side) typically includes hotel pick-up, round-trip tourist transportation, a bilingual guide, and time to explore the panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Devil's Throat and the main falls. Park entrance fees, meals, and other extras are usually not included unless specified by the tour operator. This promotion includes complimentary airport transfers, which can be used upon arrival or departure, subject to availability and schedule coordination. It is essential to provide flight and hotel details when booking. The tour lasts approximately half a day and may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, and border crossing times. Please check confirmation and exact conditions before purchasing.

To take the tour to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, you must have a valid document to cross the border: a current passport or national identity document, depending on your nationality. Mercosur citizens can usually enter with their national identity card, while other nationalities may require a visa for Brazil; please check with the relevant consulate. Minors traveling without both parents require notarized authorization. Travel insurance is recommended. The yellow fever vaccination is not usually mandatory, but it is advisable to consult with a health professional. Immigration processing times can vary, so it is essential to coordinate with the tour operator and have all your documentation readily available.

Iguazu Falls is a year-round tourist destination. In summer (subtropical climate), it's hotter and more humid, with generally high water levels; in the shoulder months, the weather is usually milder. To avoid crowds, many travelers prefer the off-season and weekdays, especially between April and May and August and September. Starting your excursion early allows you to enjoy viewpoints with better light and fewer people; sunset offers golden hues perfect for photography. Rain can appear suddenly, creating a dense mist, ideal for dramatic views. The Brazilian side offers sweeping panoramas of the falls, so any season provides a photogenic experience.

The route through Iguaçu National Park is primarily along well-maintained trails and walkways, with some sections of stairs. The physical exertion is moderate and suitable for most travelers; there are areas with improved accessibility for people with reduced mobility. We recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip shoes, lightweight, quick-drying clothing, a waterproof poncho, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle. The mist can wet cameras and cell phones, so a waterproof case is useful. Avoid displaying food due to the presence of coatis. The park has restrooms and other amenities at strategic points. Always follow the instructions of the tour guide.

You can book the tour securely online. To guarantee availability and coordinate your free airport transfer, please share your flight and hotel details from the start. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation and digital voucher with the pick-up time or final instructions, which are usually reconfirmed the day before. Cancellation and change policies are determined by the operator; they generally offer flexible options with advance notice and may reschedule due to adverse weather or border delays. Entrance fees to Iguaçu National Park, if not included, are paid separately. Please verify payment methods, refund policies, and customer service support before confirming.
