Descripción del Tour:

Departing from El Calafate at approximately 08:30, you will embark on gravel road No. 15, also known as the “Camino de las Estancias.” Along the route, it's common to spot condors, foxes, and hares, with Cerro Frías prominently in the backdrop.
Upon reaching the ranch, after following the shore of Lake Roca and entering the Los Glaciares National Park, your host guide will welcome you. You'll be taken to the Quincho to enjoy a warm beverage (tea, coffee, or mate) alongside homemade pastries, while admiring the stunning view of the Andes Mountain Range.
The tour commences with a walk through a typical Patagonian ranch. The guide will share stories about the first settlers of the ranch and its cattle operations, along with a brief historical account of the Perito Moreno Glacier ruptures and their impact on the area.
Upon returning to the Quincho, a barbecue with Patagonian lamb awaits, offering diners a chance to relish a delicious meal while taking in the majestic views of the Cordillera.
Post-lunch, you will embark on an extended horseback ride with the guide for three hours, allowing for a deeper exploration. We depart the ranch heading east, starting a journey through a path lined with an autochthonous forest of ñires, featuring calafates, grills, notros, cherries, lengas, and a colorful array of wildflowers like topa-topa, orchids, peas, and dandelions. The crystal cord path is named for the quartz crystals often visible.
As we ascend, the path winds and the landscape becomes increasingly grand. Near the summit, weather permitting, you'll see the various arms of Lake Argentino, such as Brazo Sur, Brazo Rico, and Lago Roca. With some luck, you might witness the majestic flight of the Condor. We return via a path that traverses forests of lengas and ñires until reaching La Angostura, where Lake Argentino meets the waters of Lago Roca.
Finally, we will begin our journey back to Calafate.
