El Bolson

On this day trip to El Bolsón, we will travel to this beautiful town from the city of Bariloche, to spend a full day exploring the area.
Located in a fertile valley crossed by the Quemquemtreu River, at the foot of Cerro Piltriquitron, the City of El Bolsón is located 129 kilometers from Bariloche and is reached by National Route 40, going south. The road to the city is an attraction in itself. We will visit part of the Gutiérrez, Mascardi and Guillermo lakes, framed by the Andes mountain range.
In El Bolsón, we will visit the Lago Puelo National Park, take a short hike to the impressive El Hoyo Waterfall, and visit the craft market where we can find incredible crafts made by the locals or taste the regional cuisine.

You will be picked up at your hotel in Bariloche around 08.30 am to go on a full-day excursion to El Bolson. Accompanied by your bilingual guide, you will visit many points of interest such as:
* El Bolsón Regional Fair - More than 300 local artists offer visitors their crafts made of ceramics, wool, wood, leather, metal, dried flowers, etc. Sweets and freshly harvested fruits and vegetables can also be purchased.
* Lago Puelo National Park - Explore beautiful landscapes of turquoise waters and green forests. Discover the local fauna and flora as you hike along the path known as "The Forest of Shadows"
* El Hoyo Waterfall - A beautiful hike that will take you up a trail that reaches the crystal-clear waters that fall from 90 meters high, and is also a panoramic viewpoint.
After spending a day in this magnificent mountain town, we will return to the hotels in Bariloche around 6 pm.
