Two-night Experience At Carmelo Resort Spa With Horseback Riding

Your adventure at Carmelo Resort Spa begins with pickup from Colonia, an hour from this historic Uruguayan city. Our exclusive shuttle service will take you to the resort, where you`ll be greeted with a warm welcome. 

Upon arrival, you`ll check in at the resort and begin enjoying your relaxation experience. During your two-night stay in a suite, you`ll have access to a variety of services and activities at no additional cost. 

Relax at Chandra Spa, which includes a dry sauna, a heated indoor pool, a whirlpool, weight-training machines, and a relaxation room. An environment that combines ancient Asian techniques with Latin American culture awaits you. The resort`s structure and ambiance, with harmonious aromas and sounds, reflect the philosophy of Yin and Yang, the perfect balance between masculine and feminine, sun and moon, day and night.

You can also enjoy the Meditation Studio and yoga on the private beach overlooking the river, with complimentary yoga classes according to the resort`s weekly schedule.

In addition, you can explore the surroundings on bicycles available for adults and children, or cool off in the outdoor pool with a double waterfall. If you like tennis, the resort has two synthetic floor courts with lighting. You will also have complimentary water in the rooms and Wi-Fi Internet connection throughout the resort. For the little ones, the Timbú Kid’s Club offers daily activities from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for children ages 5 to 12.

One of the highlights of your stay will be the 50-minute horseback ride through the resort’s extensive forest. A local guide will accompany you during the ride, and you don’t need to have any previous experience as we have horses for every skill level. Rides are limited to a maximum of six horses at a time and take place at different times throughout the day.

For added convenience, the resort offers room service until 11:00 p.m., à la carte.
