Arrival in Ushuaia

Upon landing at Ushuaia airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transported to your centrally located hotel.
The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.
Day 2
Trekking and Canoes
The excursion begins around 9 am as you depart from the hotel in a minibus towards Tierra del Fuego National Park, specifically Ensenada Zaratiegui. Here, you’ll be treated to stunning vistas of the Beagle Channel, with the scenic Redonda, Hoste, and Navarino islands taking center stage.
The adventure continues with a walk along the Coastal Path, a seven-kilometer trail that immerses you in the diverse flora and birdlife of the Beagle Channel and the Fuegian forest, alongside remnants of ancient Yámana settlements.
Following the approximately 3-hour trek, you will enjoy a hearty full lunch in a dome or tent to recharge.
Post-lunch, at around 2 p.m., embark on a canoe journey along the Lapataia River, leading you to the ultimate destination, Lapataia Bay, in the Beagle Channel, where the Pan-American Route and National Route No. 3 conclude.
The return journey to Ushuaia by minibus commences, with an estimated arrival time of 4:30 p.m.

Day three offers the flexibility to explore as you wish, whether strolling around the city and the hotel vicinity or embarking on any outstanding excursions independently.
Day 4
4x4 Adventure
Escondido and Fagnano Lakes
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will be collected between 8 and 8:30 am for a journey to the lakes. The minibus will traverse route 3, which cuts through a section of the Fuegian mountain range, granting access to the Garibaldi Pass, a vantage point offering views of the Escondido and Fagnano lakes.
We will begin the descent and leave the main route, taking old woodcutters' tracks. The Land Rover trucks enable access to otherwise unreachable locations due to forest, mud, and stones. Lake Fagnano impresses with its vastness and breathtaking landscape.
Around 12:30 pm, you will reach the shelter where a delicious Creole barbecue awaits.
Post-lunch, the adventure continues with the exciting fording of Lake Fagnano to reach an internal road leading to Lake Escondido, smaller yet nestled in a stunning natural setting.
The return to Ushuaia begins around 2 p.m., taking part of the old national route 3, with arrival at your hotel expected around 3 p.m.

Farewell to Ushuaia

In the morning, after breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and have free time until your transfer arrives to take you to Ushuaia airport.
