It includes entrance fees specified in the itinerary, a certified local guide, and assistance throughout the trip. It does not usually include international or domestic flights (these can be added), meals not mentioned, tips, travel insurance, or tourist taxes. Common optional extras include: the Argentinian side of the falls, boat trips, shows, hotel upgrades, and private transfers. Please verify the final details before booking.

The typical tour lasts 5 to 7 days, with 3 nights in Rio de Janeiro and 2 nights in Foz do Iguaçu. Suggested itinerary: Day 1: Arrival, transfer, and free time in Copacabana/Ipanema; Day 2: City tour including Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountain; Day 3: Free time or optional excursions (Maracanã Stadium, Sugarloaf Mountain at sunset, Guanabara Bay boat trip); Day 4: Flight to Foz do Iguaçu and a visit to Iguaçu National Park (Brazilian side); Day 5: Full day at the falls or optional excursion to the Argentinian side; Day 6: Departure. The order of visits may vary depending on flights, weather, and availability. Includes free time for beach and dining.

To travel to Brazil (Rio de Janeiro and Foz do Iguaçu), you need a valid passport and, depending on your nationality, a visa or electronic travel authorization. If you also visit the Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls, you will need to comply with Argentinian immigration controls and requirements. The yellow fever vaccination is recommended, and you should carry the international vaccination certificate, as well as travel insurance with medical, baggage, and cancellation coverage. Some cities apply tourist taxes payable locally. Check with your consulate and airline for updated visa, vaccination, and baggage regulations. Also, bring your identification, booking confirmation, payment methods, and the operator's assistance numbers for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Both destinations are ideal year-round. Summer (December–March): hot and humid weather, higher water levels at the falls, and peak season (Carnival and New Year's). Autumn–Spring (April–June and August–November): mild temperatures, less rain, and better value for money; excellent for city tours, beaches, and hiking in Iguaçu National Park. Winter (June–August): pleasant in Rio, cooler in Iguazu. Travel tips: book in advance for holidays, pack light clothing, a raincoat, non-slip shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent. For photography, sunrise and sunset offer the best light at Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, and the walkways at the falls.

The tour price depends on the season, hotel category (3, 4, or 5 stars), occupancy, special dates (Carnival, New Year's Eve), and whether domestic flights are included. A deposit is usually required to confirm the booking, and the balance is due 15 to 30 days before departure. Cancellation and refund policies vary by operator, hotel, and airfare; flexible and non-refundable options are available. Changes are subject to availability and fare differences. Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted; local taxes may apply. Ask about promotions, early bird discounts, upgrades, and family benefits. We recommend cancellation insurance for added peace of mind.
