The Mendoza Deluxe package typically includes superior accommodations (4/5-star or boutique hotels), breakfast, private airport-hotel-airport transfers, transportation during excursions, a bilingual guide, visits to premium wineries with wine tastings (Malbec, blends, sparkling wines), and, depending on availability, a gourmet lunch with wine pairings. A city tour of Mendoza or an excursion to the foothills/high mountains to enjoy the Andes and Aconcagua viewpoints is often added. 24/7 travel assistance and local taxes are included. Flights, tips, and personal expenses are not usually included. The detailed itinerary and final selection of wineries/activities are confirmed at the time of booking.

The best times to visit Mendoza are spring (September–November) and the grape harvest (February–March), when the vineyards are vibrant and wine tourism is at its peak. Autumn offers golden landscapes and mild weather; summer is warm and dry; winter is cold in the mountains, ideal for enjoying the snow-capped Andes. During your visit, we recommend layering your clothing, wearing comfortable shoes for walking among vineyards and wineries, and bringing a hat and sunscreen. Due to the temperature range, mornings can be cool and afternoons warm. During peak season, it's advisable to book in advance to ensure availability at hotels, tours, and gourmet restaurants.

Winery visits on the wine tour are conducted in small groups or privately, with a specialized guide who explains the winemaking process and leads tastings of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, blends, and sparkling wines. A selection of boutique or renowned wineries can be requested, subject to availability and schedules. Many experiences include wine pairings and multi-course lunches at vineyards featuring regional cuisine. Space is limited to ensure a premium experience. Dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) can be accommodated with advance notice. Alcohol tasting is for adults only, and responsible consumption is encouraged.

The package offers comfortable and safe tourist transportation: modern, air-conditioned vehicles, a licensed professional driver, and passenger insurance. Transfers are door-to-door from your hotel, with coordinated schedules and photo stops along the way. Excursions are led by a bilingual guide (Spanish/English; other languages available upon request) who provides wine tourism, cultural, and geographical context. Private options are available for greater flexibility in timing and pace of the itinerary. Child seats and assistance for people with reduced mobility can be requested, subject to availability. All services comply with local safety and maintenance standards, prioritizing comfort and personalized attention.

To book the Mendoza Deluxe package, send your inquiry with dates, number of passengers, and preferences; you will receive a personalized quote and availability information. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit is generally required, with the balance due before your trip. After payment, you will receive a confirmation and voucher with the itinerary, hotels, and tour schedules. Changes and cancellations are subject to the current policies of the tour operator and suppliers (hotels and wineries); the exact conditions will be communicated before confirmation. We accept standard payment methods and recommend purchasing travel insurance. Customer service is available 24/7.
