If you are staying in the Historic Center or other districts, a meeting point or transfer can be arranged for an additional fee. Transfers to/from Jorge Chávez Airport or Callao are subject to availability and traffic, so they must be requested in advance. Please provide your exact address when booking to receive your pick-up time. The transportation is a tourist vehicle with air conditioning and current insurance. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to optimize the city tour itinerary.

Lima has a temperate coastal climate. Summer (December–March) is warm and sunny: bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, water, and light clothing. Winter (June–September) is drizzle-filled and humid: bring a light jacket, windbreaker, and layers. Wear comfortable shoes for walking around town year-round, and bring cash in soles for snacks or optional entrance fees, as well as your ID. A compact umbrella can be useful between July and October. For photos on the Malecón and in Barranco, consider bringing an extra battery. If you plan to visit museums or catacombs, bring a jacket or sweater.
