- Day 1 – Cali Flavors

Here, sample exotic tropical fruits like lulo, chontaduro, and freshly pressed sugarcane juice. The experience continues with visits to some of Cali’s most iconic culinary spots, including Plazoleta Jairo Varela and traditional fish markets, where you will try ceviche, shrimp empanadas, and fish patacones.
Next, indulge in the celebrated "picadas caleñas," a flavorful combination of pork rinds, pork, fried yuca, ripe plantain, and small arepas, paired with local beverages such as refreshing cholao or classic champús.
