Tour Description
Day 1
Arrival in Argentina
Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
Upon landing at the Buenos Aires airport, you'll be transported to your hotel located in the heart of the city. The rest of your day is at your leisure to explore as you please.
Day 2
Panoramic City Tour and Dinner-Tango Show
Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
Start your morning with breakfast, followed by a captivating city tour that showcases the diverse essence of Buenos Aires.
Experience the iconic Obelisk and explore significant squares like Mayo, San Martín, Alvear, and Congress; famous avenues such as Corrientes, De Mayo, and 9 de Julio, among others; historic neighborhoods like La Boca and San Telmo, upscale Palermo and Recoleta, and the modern Puerto Madero. Discover the parks of Lezama and Tres de Febrero, commercial and financial districts, and visit a Football Stadium, etc.
In the evening, indulge in a sumptuous dinner accompanied by a traditional tango show at the El Querandí tango house. The performance takes you on a journey through the most significant moments in tango history, featuring five period scenes, from its roots in Arrabal to the dynamic rhythms of Piazzolla. Enjoy the music, singing, and dancing, presented by the esteemed typical quartet, the soulful singers, and passionate dancers.
Day 3
Estancia Santa Susana
Today's adventure takes us to the Estancia "Santa Susana" in Los Cardales, a quintessential site in the Pampas region. Delight in sulky and horseback rides that reveal the allure of the Argentine countryside, its landscapes, crops, and unique wild fragrance.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with traditional empanadas and local wine at the grocery store. A guided tour of the museum and chapel follows, with horseback riding continuing the experience.
Lunch features a captivating Tango and folklore show with Malambo de Boleadoras. To conclude the day, witness the display and interaction of tropillas and a ring race, showcasing the gaucho's exceptional horsemanship.
After all the activities, we will head back to Buenos Aires.
Day 4
Tigre Delta
Following breakfast at your hotel, we'll gather in Puerto Madero at 9:30 am to embark on a full-day excursion to the Delta del Tigre. We will navigate towards Tigre, continuing through the enchanting channels of the Delta, where you'll observe the unique local lifestyle and customs.
By midday, enjoy a Box Lunch by the riverbank, and then you'll have free time to explore museums or stroll through the Fruit Market independently. A snack will be provided for your afternoon, along with train tickets for your return to Buenos Aires at day's end.
Day 5
From Buenos Aires to Iguazú + Falls on the Brazilian side
We begin the day early with a pickup from your hotel for your flight to Puerto Iguazú.
Upon arrival in Iguazú, a vehicle will transport you to your hotel, followed by a half-day tour of the Brazilian side of the Iguazú Falls.
We'll embark on a half-hour bus ride across the river to the park.
Stroll along a 1000-meter path from Hotel Das Cataratas to a spectacular viewpoint of the Devil’s Throat, where most of the Iguazú Falls' water cascades. Standing at 80 meters, the Devil’s Throat is the tallest waterfall, offering an unforgettable sight.
You can purchase lunch at a park restaurant or enjoy a picnic if you've brought your own meal. Alternatively, wait to dine back in Puerto Iguazú.
In the early afternoon, we'll return to Puerto Iguazú, leaving your evening free.
Day 6
Waterfalls on the Argentine side
Puerto Iguazú
This guided excursion offers a chance to see the Argentine side of the Iguazú Falls in three segments:
Devil’s Throat: Begin with a small train ride for 4 km to the Devil’s Throat, allowing access to the upper Iguazú River. Walk along pathways leading to a balcony overlooking the Devil’s Throat.
Upper Circuit: A 500-meter ascent (45 minutes) offers views of the Dos Hermanos, Bossetti, Adan y Eva, Bernabe Mendez, Mbiguá, and San Martin falls from the highest vantage point.
Lower Circuit: Accompanied by a professional guide, walk about 1300 meters for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to view the falls from below. This excursion includes transfers to the Iguazú National Park Visitor Center, where visitors can take the train back to the Devil’s Throat.
Day 7
From Iguazú to El Calafate
After breakfast at your hotel, we'll pick you up, complete your check-out, and transfer you to the Iguazú airport for your flight to El Calafate.
Upon arrival, a vehicle will transport you to your hotel, leaving the rest of your day and night free to enjoy El Calafate at your leisure.
Day 8
Perito Moreno Glacier
Today's journey takes us to Los Glaciares National Park. At the glacier, start at the main balcony and explore the walkways at your own pace until the scheduled meeting time with the guide. The walkways offer various perspectives of the glacier, providing a breathtaking natural spectacle.
For lunch, the Park offers a restaurant and snack bar.
Day 9
Navigation Lake Argentino
After breakfast, we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to Puerto Punta Bandera, 47 km from El Calafate, to embark on our excursion.
Once at the port and aboard our comfortable boats, All Glaciers begins as we navigate the North Arm of Lake Argentino, crossing the Devil’s Mouth towards the Upsala Canal, where you'll experience the thrill of sailing among icebergs, some quite large, calved from the Upsala Glacier.
Next, sail through the Canal Spegazzini, offering unparalleled views of stunning hanging glaciers like the Dry Glacier, the Heim Glacier South, and the Peineta Glacier, culminating in the awe-inspiring Spegazzini Glacier. The tallest of them all, it presents a majestic sight with a height exceeding 135 meters.
To cap off the moment, we'll disembark at Spegazzini Base, directly facing the Glacier, to enjoy the modern Spegazzini Refuge, which provides all necessary services for your day and offers truly unique moments with its breathtaking vistas. Optionally, savor exquisite regional dishes catering to all tastes.
Once the free time concludes, the excursion ends at the starting point, the port, and we'll return to El Calafate.
Day 10
Farewell to Argentina
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Buenos Aires. From the domestic airport in Buenos Aires, we will take you to the international airport for your return flight.
