Day 1: Arrival at Baltra. Adventure in Black Turtle Cove.

ARRIVAL AT BALTRA - AM

Your journey through the enchanting Galapagos Islands begins as you arrive at Baltra Airport, where a certified naturalist guide from the National Park will welcome you. From the very start, you’ll be immersed in the remarkable biodiversity and distinctive scenery that make this archipelago one of the world’s top travel destinations.

BLACK TURTLE COVE – PM

We’ll embark on our first adventure at Black Turtle Cove, a pristine sanctuary lined with mangroves and calm turquoise waters. Traveling by panga, we will navigate narrow channels that are home to sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, and a wide variety of seabirds.

This protected area serves as a vital breeding ground for green turtles and is truly a paradise for nature enthusiasts and photographers.

Day 2: Genovesa, Birdwatcher’s Paradise

DARWIN BAY – AM

Wake up surrounded by one of the largest seabird colonies on Genovesa Island. Darwin Bay is a remarkable spot where frigatebirds, boobies, and gulls soar above the dramatic volcanic landscape.

During the guided walk, you may encounter sea lions relaxing on the shore, marine iguanas, and several endemic species of Darwin’s finches.

THE RAVINE - PM

In the afternoon, we’ll explore El Barranco, renowned for its imposing lava cliffs and abundant wildlife. This site is a haven for seabird colonies and is also where great horned owls hunt among the volcanic crevices.

Fur seals can often be seen resting on the rocky coastline.

Day 3: Volcanic Wonders and Galapagos Penguins

SULLIVAN BAY – AM

Discover one of the most impressive lava fields in Sullivan Bay and witness how the Galapagos volcanic islands were formed. Our hike takes us across fascinating pahoehoe lava formations, showcasing how life adapts in this unique environment.

Along the shoreline, look for penguins, pelicans, and Galapagos hawks.

BARTOLOMÉ - PM

In the afternoon, we’ll ascend to the iconic Bartolomé Island, known for offering some of the most breathtaking panoramic views in the Galapagos.

From the summit, admire the famous Pinnacle Rock, volcanic cones, and the crystal-clear waters where penguins and vibrant tropical fish thrive.

Day 4: Sea Lion Colonies on Volcanic Islands

CHINESE HAT - AM

Experience the small islet of Chinese Hat, celebrated for its classic volcanic shape and coral sand beaches bordered by turquoise waters.

This site is among the best in the Galapagos to observe penguins and sea lions in their natural environment.

MOSQUERA – PM

Our expedition continues to Mosquera Islet, home to a thriving colony of sea lions. Its white sandy beaches and transparent waters offer an ideal spot to unwind and observe local wildlife.

Lava gulls and an array of coastal birds can also be spotted here.

Day 5: Charles Darwin Research Station. Journey Ends.

CHARLES DARWIN STATION – AM

Conclude your Galapagos adventure at the esteemed Charles Darwin Research Station, a hub for the conservation and protection of the archipelago’s unique species.

Learn about the giant tortoise breeding programs and the essential conservation efforts safeguarding these remarkable islands.

TRANSFER TO BALTRA AIRPORT – PM

At the scheduled time, we will transfer you to Baltra Airport for your return flight to mainland Ecuador.
