Local legends say these wells are home to protective nature spirits and that bathing in their waters brings good fortune and protection.

Paleontological Research Center: Next, we visit the Paleontological Research Center to admire an extraordinary collection of fossils dating back over 120 million years. Here, you’ll encounter the world’s oldest fossilized sea turtle and other ancient species that once inhabited this region. The center also showcases life-sized replicas of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures, giving a fascinating glimpse into the Mesozoic era. We’ll enjoy a delicious local lunch at a traditional restaurant, sampling typical Boyacense cuisine and recharging for the afternoon's adventures.
