Rafting In The Güejar River Canyon

Festejamos el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo bajando el cañón del Güejar y salió mejor de lo esperado. Éramos apenas nueve personas, un tamaño ideal: se armó un ambiente alegre, pero el guía también pudo estar pendiente de los chicos. La explicación de seguridad fue clara y el equipo se veía cuidado. Nos detuvimos junto a una pared de roca para sacar fotos y el almuerzo, sencillo, fue abundante. Por el precio, la duración y la organización, la relación calidad-precio nos pareció muy justa.

Cumpleaños entre rápidos del Güejar

We loved how wild the Güejar River Canyon felt. The drive from Lejanías was surprisingly comfortable: a clean 4x4, padded seats, and a cooler with cold water, which was very welcome on the bumpy mountain roads. Along the way we passed rolling green hills, small farms, and misty forest before reaching the river. Rafting through the canyon was thrilling, with towering orange rock walls, jungle clinging to the cliffs, and several bright waterfalls dropping into turquoise pools. The guides made the rapids fun without rushing us. A fantastic day far from Colombia’s usual tourist routes.

Depois de um ano inteiro trabalhando, esse rafting foi nosso prêmio — até as crianças esqueceram o celular! O guia Andrés conhecia cada curva do Güejar e explicou, com muita calma, onde o rio ficava mais forte e até contou a história das formações rochosas. Nos sentimos seguros o tempo todo. A van era confortável, com ar-condicionado e espaço de sobra para mochilas; ainda tinha água gelada no trajeto. O passeio foi bem organizado, divertido e perfeito para a família.

Rafting em família no impressionante Güejar

Unser Geburtstagsausflug in Lejanías war der wilde Höhepunkt unserer Hochzeitsreise. Beim Rafting durch den Güejar-Canyon rauschten wir an moosigen Felswänden, kleinen Wasserfällen und dichtem Dschungel vorbei; zwischendurch öffnete sich das Tal mit unglaublichen grünen Hängen. Unser Guide Andrés kannte jede Kurve und erklärte sogar, warum eine Felsnase „Der schlafende Kaiman“ heißt. Er zeigte uns Tukane und stoppte an einer ruhigen Badestelle für Fotos – perfekt für meinen Geburtstagskuss (und deutlich weniger elegant als geplant). Sicherheit erklärte er klar, Humor gab es gratis. Danach waren wir nass, glücklich und überzeugt: Kolumbien kann Flitterwochen ziemlich spektakulär würzen.

On a passé une journée vraiment variée dans le canyon du Güejar. Le groupe comptait seulement huit personnes, parfait pour garder une ambiance détendue et discuter avec le guide. Après le rafting, on a marché entre les parois, nagé dans une vasque limpide et partagé un déjeuner simple mais délicieux. Notre guide a même repéré un toucan pendant la pause. Les consignes étaient claires ; à notre âge, on s’est sentis en sécurité sans perdre le plaisir.
