Next, you'll make your way to the Plazoleta de las Costumbres, where you'll prepare for the thrilling cable car ride. This 25 to 30-minute journey, spanning more than six kilometers, allows you to cross the canyon while soaking in unmatched panoramic views. Around noon, savor a typical Santanderean lunch, a delightful opportunity to experience the region's most representative flavors, including goat, pepitoria, and arepas de maíz pelao.
