We will embark on this picturesque journey together, making our way to Lake Llanquihue, the second largest lake in Chile.
Our excursion starts with a visit to the city of Llanquihue, renowned for its cured meats and as the origin of the Mallín River. It is part of the historic Settlers` Route.

In Llanquihue, we will explore Los Cisnes Beach and the Pier, offering stunning views of the Lake and the Volcanoes. We will then cross Lake Llanquihue, heading towards Frutillar.

Upon arriving in Frutillar, a picturesque town reminiscent of Bavaria due to its German settlers, we will discover its rich cultural heritage that began in 1856 as a shipping dock, later evolving with tanneries, mills, breweries, and more.

As we wander through its charming old German-style houses, we will admire the well-maintained gardens and the breathtaking views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo Volcanoes.

We will have the optional opportunity to visit the German Colonial Museum, illustrating the life of the settlers, or indulge in a coffee accompanied by traditional German pastries from the region.

Along the waterfront, we will encounter the Teatro del Lago, where the renowned “Frutillar Musical Weeks” are held annually, attracting visitors from around the globe.
