Our journey begins with a 40-minute drive from Coyhaique, or a 25-minute trip from Balmaceda airport, leading us to a private ranch that promises an exceptional experience. Here, we will immerse ourselves in the customs and traditions of the local people, known as "Gauchos".
Participants will engage in a variety of traditional activities characteristic of the Patagonian Countryside. As we delve into the history of the area and its surroundings, we'll savor a delicious snack featuring local recipes and ingredients.
We will encounter the authentic Gaucho lifestyle firsthand, observing all their unique accessories such as the Beret, the Neckerchief, and the Wine Boot, among others.
This remarkable countryside experience also includes opportunities to interact with lambs and learn about corral work, among other activities.
As a highlight, we will explore the creation of the Great Monument to Patagonia, where, for an additional cost, you can leave your name engraved. This monumental artwork serves to raise awareness about the importance of planetary care and contributing to reforestation with native trees.
To fully embrace this rural adventure, we will enjoy a well-deserved Asado al Palo, in the company of the estancia's residents and perhaps fellow visitors.
