Tour Description
Our adventure will commence by departing from the passengers' hotels in Salvador, heading towards the northern coast of Bahia, home to some of Brazil's most stunning and captivating beaches. Renowned for their serene and crystal-clear waters, both Guarajuba Beach and Praia do Forte Beach are must-visit locations, boasting exceptional biodiversity and unparalleled natural allure.
The journey takes us along the picturesque Coconut Road, aptly named after the beautiful coconut trees lining its entire route. We'll explore the beaches along Avenida Oceânica leading to Itapuã and the Abaeté lagoon, where a panoramic view of the lagoon awaits us.
Next, our destination is Praia do Forte, affectionately known as the Polinésia Brasileira. Here, we'll stroll through the iconic fishing village and have the chance to visit the TAMAR Project headquarters (entrance not included), a national initiative dedicated to the conservation of sea turtles and one of Brazil's most acclaimed ecological programs.
