Day 1: Christ the Redeemer Excursion and Rio City Tour
The day starts with a hotel pickup in the morning. We then head to the Tijuca Forest, where the lush greenery envelops Corcovado Mountain. From there, we ascend to the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
You’ll have the choice to reach the summit via a scenic van ride or the historic Corcovado tram. The package includes train tickets to Christ the Redeemer or the van transfer. At 710 meters above sea level, you’ll enjoy panoramic views, including the city’s expansive beaches, Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, and notable landmarks like Maracanã Stadium.
Descending from Corcovado, we pause for a photo opportunity outside Maracanã. The tour then continues with a visit to Rio’s historic downtown, featuring landmarks such as the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro. This area highlights the city’s rich cultural heritage and architecture.
The day tour concludes with a return to your hotel or designated drop-off points.
Day 2: Sugarloaf Mountain and Rio de Janeiro’s Best Beaches
The second day centers on Rio’s breathtaking coastline and the Sugarloaf Mountain, a must-see attraction. After hotel pickup, we head to the Urca neighborhood, where cable cars whisk us on a two-stage ascent.
The first stop is Morro da Urca, offering vistas of Guanabara Bay, the city skyline, and surrounding landscapes. The journey continues to the top of Sugarloaf. Here, you'll witness stunning views of Copacabana Beach, Niterói, and more.
After exploring Sugarloaf, we visit Rio’s most beautiful shores, including Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana beach. You'll have time to appreciate these stretches of sand that epitomize Rio’s vibrant coastal culture.
