Tour Description
Set off on an exhilarating journey from the pier of Paraty's historic center to the stunning APA Cairuçu, the gateway to the enchanting Saco do Mamanguá. Aboard a speedy boat, you'll feel the excitement of gliding over the waters at high speed, infusing your day with a sense of adventure. The landscape en route is nothing short of breathtaking, a testament to the area's incredible natural richness, where you might even have the chance to see turtles and dolphins in their natural habitat.
This region boasts 33 beaches, many of which remain virtually untouched, along with 8 caiçara communities that add to the area's cultural diversity. During our excursion, we will make three stops to enjoy snorkeling and further immerse ourselves in the beauty of this marine environment.
Our first stop is Praia do Engenho, named after the ruins of an old sugarcane mill nestled in the forest near the beach. Next, we will head to Praia do Costa, offering you around 40 minutes to unwind and revel in its serene emerald green waters. Lastly, we will make a final stop at the Mamangua Islet before returning to Paraty.
