Serrano Grande Circuit

At the agreed time we will leave from our selected hotels in San Luis to begin our circuit. We will be visiting first El Volcán, a quiet summer village that receives its name thanks to the nearby river and its torrent. On the Volcan River, we can see magnificent jumps like the Salto Colorado and La Hoya, a beautiful natural stone accident where you can swim freely in its calm waters.

We will continue traveling to El Trapiche, another beautiful summer village wherein 1972 it housed a small town that lived on gold that was extracted from the material in the area. Here the first "trapiche" was created for this work. It was a hydraulic mill intended to grind minerals.

We will also visit the La Florida Dam and Reservoir, which takes the waters of the Rio Grande and the Trapiche River, giving birth to the Rio Quinto. This dike is the main source of freshwater in San Luis and Villa Mercedes. Here there are several campsites and a Reserve that protects the native fauna of the place. In this reservoir, you can also perform several water sports such as diving.

Finally we will be visiting the tourist municipality Estancia Grande and the locality El Durazno, and then we will return to our selected hotels in San Luis.
