During this adventure, you'll traverse approximately 42 kilometers through the Quebrada de Humahuaca, stopping at its key stations:

Volcán, the route's starting and finishing point, Tumbaya, Purmamarca, Maimará, and Tilcara. Each of these locations boasts a distinct character, offering stunning landscapes, vibrant traditions, and rich cultural experiences.

The adventure kicks off with a city pickup and a transfer to the Quebrada, offering glimpses of the stunning scenery that awaits. Upon reaching Volcán, you'll board the Solar Train to embark on the 360° Experience.

This excursion is divided into two groups: Group A and Group B. Both groups cover the same path, visiting all stations with identical total program duration. The only variation is the departure time and the sequence of visited locations.

🚂 Group A Route

Group A of the Solar Train of the Quebrada completes a full tour through the Quebrada de Humahuaca, following a structured itinerary that ensures you savor each destination progressively.

The journey begins in Volcán, the train's starting point, where the adventure into the heart of the Quebrada de Humahuaca kicks off. The first stop is Purmamarca, a renowned destination known for the Hill of Seven Colors and its artisan market.

The tour then proceeds to Maimará, celebrated for its mountain formations like the Painter's Palette, before heading to Tilcara, a significant cultural and historical hub where you can delve into archaeological sites and soak in the local vibe.

On the return journey, the train traverses Posta de Hornillos, a pivotal historical landmark in the region, then moves towards Tumbaya, a quaint and picturesque village that preserves the traditional essence of the ravine.

The circuit ultimately concludes back in Volcán, wrapping up a comprehensive experience that encompasses all the route's destinations.

Group B of the Quebrada Solar Train offers the same extensive experience, but in a different sequence, ensuring a more balanced flow of visitors at each site.

The departure also originates from Volcán, from which the train first heads to Tumbaya, an enchanting Andean village perfect for beginning to immerse in the local culture.

The route continues to Purmamarca, where you can relish its iconic scenery and lively artisanal offerings. Subsequently, the train advances to Posta de Hornillos, a site of immense historical significance within the gorge.

Next, you'll reach Maimará, boasting impressive natural formations, followed by Tilcara, a key stop on the circuit known for its cultural, gastronomic, and archaeological wealth.

In the journey's final phase, the train retraces its path through the stations until it culminates at Volcán, marking the end of the experience.
