We will start by gathering at La Cava. From there, we will be guided to the room where this exceptional experience will unfold. You'll receive a paper with details to fill out, which will become handy during the activity.
The sommelier will offer a comprehensive introduction to the wines, engaging everyone, and will initiate the tasting of three wines, each representing a renowned wine-producing region.
Northwest Argentina will showcase a Torrontés, perfectly paired with Salta-style empanadas. Next, from the Patagonia region, a Pinot Noir will be accompanied by a mushroom crostini. Lastly, the Cuyo region will be represented by a Malbec, served with savory meat skewers.
This entire experience will be led by a knowledgeable sommelier, who will explain the geographical differences and characteristics of each region's soil and how they affect wine production. It’s an interactive session where you can complete a checklist to observe how the senses interact when tasting wine (such as color and aroma).
