Descripción del Tour
Our Montevideo Day Trip from Buenos Aires kicks off at the ferry terminal (see details above) at 7am. We board the Buqueavion ferry to start our journey to Montevideo at 8am.
Upon arrival around 11am, we'll embark on a city tour through the historic old town. Highlights include numerous colonial-style structures such as the Cabildo de Montevideo (constructed between 1804 and 1812), Teatro Solis, and Iglesia Matriz. We'll also explore several museums, including the Museo Torres García, Museo de Arte Precolombino e Indígena, and Museo de Artes Decorativas.
The city tour wraps up around 5pm, and then we head to Punta Carretas, Uruguay's largest shopping mall. Here, you'll find a mix of luxury services, both local and international brands, and distinctive lighting that sets this mall apart.
We'll make our way back to the port around 6pm. The ferry departs at 7:15pm, and after three hours on the water, our tour concludes at the Buenos Aires port.
