A sulky, a small two-wheeled carriage drawn by a horse, is perfect for leisurely countryside rides. You'll have the chance to observe and take part in rural tasks like milking, herding, and cattle vaccination, depending on the daily schedule. For bird enthusiasts, we provide binoculars and illustrated guides to help you spot the local wildlife.
At lunchtime, indulge in an Argentine barbecue served in the dining room by a large fireplace or outside under the shade of the Ombú tree. Savor the renowned Argentine meats, complemented by local wines and a variety of international and Creole dishes.
