Our culinary journey kicks off at 12:00 pm in our dedicated kitchen space. Once everyone has arrived, we'll dive into an activity brimming with culinary delights and a lively atmosphere.
We will greet you with a welcome cocktail, featuring a vermouth that has recently become a staple in Argentine bars. To start, we'll pair it with an assortment of local cheeses and cured meats, known as a traditional picada argentina.
Next, we will delve into Argentina's vibrant culinary heritage with signature dishes like Chipa and Empanadas made from scratch.
Our journey continues with a step-by-step main course complemented by a side dish and sauce, followed by a dessert that highlights Argentina's iconic national treat: dulce de leche. To enhance your meal, we'll serve two selections of Argentine wines, either red or white, and accompany your dessert with a cup of coffee.
To ensure you can recreate this experience at home and as a keepsake, we will provide you with a recipe book. Our culinary adventure concludes at 3:30 pm.
