Descripción del Tour:

In the morning, your expert guide will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Fonck Lake. Situated 65 km from Bariloche, this lake is nestled in the heart of the National Park, surrounded by untouched and wild nature. Access to Fonck Lake is exclusively via four-wheel-drive vehicles, as it is the most remote lake in the National Park. It offers exceptional fishing opportunities for large brown trout, rainbow trout, and fontinalis.
Upon reaching the embarkation point, your guide will explain the fishing techniques we offer for the excursion:
  • Fly Fishing: This involves casting flies—dressed hooks that imitate insects, small fish, shrimp, etc.—using a weighted line specifically designed for this purpose. This technique requires precision and practice, but it is gaining popularity worldwide.
  • Spinning: This method involves casting and retrieving artificial lures, such as spoons, to mimic the movement of a small organism in the water. The goal is to entice the trout to strike. Spinning is permitted in all lakes and some river sections, and can be done from the shore or from boats, whether rowing or motorized. We recommend ultra-light equipment and simple barbless hooks.
Following the briefing, you'll embark on your excursion, sailing on Fonck Lake and fishing with your chosen technique.
After two hours of fishing from the boat, you'll arrive at the lakeside to enjoy a delicious lunch amidst nature. Following a rest, you'll continue floating and fishing in the afternoon at the best spots the lake has to offer.
With your guide at your side, you'll learn about the history of the San Carlos de Bariloche region and the optimal fishing techniques and fish species in the area.
After covering 12 km throughout the day, your guide will lead you to the lake's exit point, where cars will be waiting to transport you back to your hotel.
