4x4 Experience In The Steppe

Discover the true essence of the Patagonian steppe by immersing yourself in an experience that blends adventure, pristine nature, and authentic local gastronomy.

Upon arrival at the ranch, we will head to the iconic La Puesto La Fragua, where time appears to stand still and the peaceful silence allows for complete relaxation. Your day will be filled with the flavors of the region, scenic rural roads, and the vastness of the Patagonian landscape.

Our visit begins with a warm welcome and a traditional Creole breakfast—the perfect way to start your adventure:

• Hot beverages
• Freshly prepared fried cakes
• Homemade jams

All of this is enjoyed with panoramic views of the steppe and surrounded by the peacefulness of nature.

After breakfast, our adventure continues with a 4x4 excursion in a Land Rover Defender, specially equipped to navigate the rugged Patagonian terrain.

Throughout this journey, we will explore:

• Rural trails

• Unspoiled steppe paths

• Marshlands and slopes unique to the Patagonian region

We will pause at strategic viewpoints for photos, to appreciate the landscape, and—if we are lucky—to spot local wildlife such as deer and native birds.
Our guide will enrich the journey with stories, anecdotes, and fascinating facts about the region and rural life in Patagonia.

At the end of our trek, we will return to the outpost to savor a hearty country lunch crafted in the traditional Patagonian way (see menu).
