This experience begins at 10:00 am with our hotel pickup service.
The journey will take you to the Palermo Viejo neighborhood, where our host will warmly welcome you. There, an introduction will be given, outlining what your day will entail.
The first activity is to light the fire and start preparing the salads and chimichurri sauce that will complement your meal.
At approximately 11:15 am, you'll head out with Frank to explore the local square, the butcher shop to compare beef cuts, the bakery, and a wine store. Along the way, you will pause to appreciate the vibrant local street art. Upon returning to the house, you'll sample the “picada” and learn how Fernet is mixed with Coca-Cola.
Before sitting down to eat, there will be a demonstration on how to grill different cuts of meat on the traditional Argentine grill.
To conclude the meal, a dessert known as “vigilante” will be served, featuring cheese paired with a sweet like quince or sweet potato, alongside some refreshing mates.
The service concludes at the end of lunch.
