Tangol invites you to embark on an exclusive one or two-day journey across some of the most emblematic towns of the Argentine Pampas. Located less than 100 km from Buenos Aires city, these towns are nestled amidst fields and iconic Pampas landscapes.
Immerse yourself in an authentic gaucho adventure, where you'll gain insight into horse saddles, learn how to ride, and discover the traditional customs and cuisine of the region. For this excursion, you'll ride Creole horses, renowned in the Argentine Pampas for their resilience and gentle nature.
The HORSEBACK RIDING AND COUNTRY DAY tour features a delectable lunch with local dishes, and for the two-day option, it includes full board with drinks provided.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, well-trained horses are used, alongside medical insurance and the provision of one assistant for every four riders.

OPTION 1: FULL-DAY TOUR: "Martín Fierro"
For those choosing the private transfer option, our team will gladly pick you up at your hotel at 8:30 am. Alternatively, you can join us at the designated meeting point at 10:00 am.
The premises offer a quaint, intimate setting featuring a white gate, horse stalls, and visitor restrooms.
Upon arrival, guests can use the facilities while the horses are already saddled and ready. We take about 20 minutes at the starting point to help everyone get settled on their horses and provide instructions on how to handle them.
Our journey begins on a dirt road, where we enjoy a two-hour ride through the picturesque countryside, passing by grazing cows, vibrant birds, and the occasional country rider. We eventually reach an agricultural field, where a delightful Creole lunch awaits us—featuring grilled meats, chorizos, salads, drinks, and dessert. This is a simple stop where we pause to eat and relax, not a tourist stay.
After our meal and a much-needed rest, we hop back on the horses for about 15 more minutes of riding.
At the end of the ride, we dismount and bid farewell to our guests.
OPTION 2: FULL-DAY TOUR: "Santos Vega"
For those opting for the private transfer, we will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 am. Otherwise, we will meet at the property at 10:00 am, ready to embark on a 2-hour ride along village roads and serene dirt paths winding through fields of crops and livestock.
We start by providing each participant with a halter to hold their mount freely in the field, showcasing an initial display of tameness. We lead the horses to the corrals and demonstrate how to saddle a horse in the Buenos Aires province style. After mounting with a pair of reins, we deliver a technical briefing on single-rein handling before setting off.
Our path takes us through the town of Keen and along a dirt road that will be our companion throughout the journey. We share insights about the typical plants and birds native to our province during the ride.
The route is a loop, ensuring no road is traveled twice. Accompanied by a mounted guide, we pause midway or at the journey's end (depending on the schedule) for a light lunch with drinks, including sandwiches and empanadas. We then continue the ride, returning to the starting point in roughly 15 hours.
Upon arrival, we unsaddle, and each rider releases their horse into the pasture, allowing them to enjoy rolling, drinking water, or simply frolicking.
This journey emphasizes the historical significance of the Camino Real, the local traditions of the Province of Buenos Aires, and THE CRIOLLO HORSE. We ride on well-trained and meticulously cared-for Criollo horses, saddled and groomed in the traditional provincial style. It’s more than just a ride; it’s a journey back in time, offering an enriching experience of the Province of Buenos Aires.
